Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy for Big Mishra

Our returns, refunds, and exchange policies are pre-defined and mentioned below for everyone’s reference:

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we at Big Mishra do not have any refund policy. However, in a special case, the discretion to provide a refund will lie with the company. In case of a refund, we would initiate a refund within 2 working days after the decision has been made. The refund amount will be credited back to the account within 5 days from where the money was transferred into our account

Exchanges/Returns

We at Big Mishra follow a 24-hour shipping policy. Post 24hours from the ordering of the sweets, it would not be possible for us to take any cancellation or exchange requests.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of the products, once the order has been processed for dispatch, it would not be possible for us to accept any cancellations.
